Transmadura.com, Sumenep — Puluhan atap Perumahan baru milik PT. Griya Agung Sumekar dan pabrik rokok Wismilak di Desa Babbalan, Kecamatan Batuan, Sumenep, disapu angin puting beliung, minggu 26/03/2017.
Pada saat kejadian perumahan yang masih di kerjakan tahap penyelesaian itu hampir semua atap ludes digulung angin puting beliung. pekerja pada saat kejadian masih didalam perumahan yang masih bekerja langsung berhamburan keluar untuk menyelamatkan diri, “tidak ada korban jiwa, hanya ada beberapa pekerja terluka ringan terkena jatuhnya genteng yang beterbangan,” kata mulyono salah satu pekerja.
Angin puting beliung menyapu hampir semua atap perumahan yang baru di bangun dan pabrik rokok itu pada jam 11:00 wib.
“Saya tiarap di luar mas.? Melihat genteng yang terbang kayak daun berjatuhan ke tanah, sampai teman saya terlempar di bawa angin mengenai saya,” katanya.
Menurutnya, angin puting beliung dari arah selatan keutara langsung menyapu atap perumahan, dan kearah timur juga menyapu atap Pabrik Rokok Wismilak, lalu keutara lewat depan Kantor Pengadilan Agama menuju Desa Gedungan, Kecatan Batuan,
“Aneh kantor Pengadilan Agama tidak kena, hanya lewat di halamannya,” jelasnya.
Tidak hanya itu, juga angin puting beliung menyapu Pohon-pohon semua roboh di Dusun Gedungan Timur, Desa Gadungan, Kecamatan Batuan, serta juga tembok pagar makam umum roboh akibat diterjang angin puting beliung yang disertai hujan yang sangat deras.
Salah satu warga setempat juga menuturkan, bahwa kejadian tersebut sekitar pukul 11.30 wib, Mulanya itu hujan dulu yang sangat deras menjelang beberapa menit tiba- tiba ada angin puting beliung disekitar wilayah Dusun Gadungan Timur, Desa Gadungan, Kecamatan Batuan Kabupaten Sumenep.
Menurutnya Kejadian tersebut, mengakibatkan kerusakan yaitu pagar tembok gudang salah satu Pabrik Rokok Wismilak itu roboh, Bahkan, atap bangunan yang terbuat dari aluminium itu terbang ke sawah yang mengakibatkan pohon-pohon besar roboh dan pagar tembok makam umum roboh. Sedangkan musholla kecil yang ada ditengah -tengah makam juga hancur. ( Asm/ hy)
