Awal peristiwa terjadi, saat wartawan Media Online Cyber Nusantara News (CNN) Nahriyadi, mau mengisi BBM (Bahan Bakar Minyak) di SPBU Batuan tersebut, Kamis (27/1) kemarin.
Sesampainya dilokasi, Nahriyadi melihat petugas SPBU mengisi BBM ke jerigen yang berada di dalam mobil minibus di depan antriannya. “Saat itu kami teringat peristiwa kebakaran perahu muat BBM, karena tugas kami pewarta spontan saya menuju dispenser Pertalite,” kata Nahriyadi.
Menurutnya, pihaknya mengambil HP Android nya untuk dokumentasi yang dinilai sudah menyalahi aturan regulasi Pertamina. Namun, manajemen SPBU Batuan inisial U, tiba-tiba menghampiri dan memaki-maki Nahriyadi (Wartawan Media CNN) dengan nada kasar..

Bahkan, karyawan lain Inisial H, jelas Nahriyadi datang berlagak wartawan mengambil gambar Wartawan CNN dengan berteriak tuduhan “Ini Media Pemeras, ini Media Pemeras, Ini Media Pemeras,” ungkapnya.
