SUMENEP, (TransMadura.com) – Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (BP2D) DPRD Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur hanya mampu menyelesaikan tujuh Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) menjadi Perda selama tahun 2021.
Ketua BP2D DPRD Kabupaten Sumenep, M. Syukri mengatakan, jika Raperda baru selesai selesai tujuh perda di tahun 2021 ini.
“Yang selesai baru tujuh Raperda,” katanya.
Menurut Syukri, tahun 2021 terdapat 19 Raperda yang masuk pada Program Legislasi Daerah. Hingga akhir tahun anggaran berakhir baru tujuh yang selesai.
Sehingga, sisanya dipastikan menjadi “tunggakan” yang harus diselesaikan di tahun 2022.
“Jadi sisanya tinggal 12 Raperda,” jelas Syukri.
Politisi PPP itu menuturkan Pandemi Covid-19 menjadi salah satu penyebab belum selesainya pembahasan tersebut, selain kata dia karena minimnya anggaran.
Adapun tujuh Raperda yang selesai itu diantaranya Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Toleransi Kehidupan Bermasyarakat, Raperda Perlindungan, Pemberdayaan Nelayan, Budidaya Ikan dan Petambak Garam. Raperda Penyelenggaraan Jalan dan Raperda tentang Kabupaten layak Anak.
Sedangkan tiga raperda merupakan raperda yang harus diselesaikan setiap tahun, yakni Raperda tentang pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD tahun anggaran 2020, Raperda tentang perubahan APBD tahun anggaran 2021 dan raperda tentang APBD tahun anggaran 2022.
Syukri mengaku yang belum tuntas dibahas tahun 2021 ini akan menjadi prioritas di tahun 2022.
“Pasti dibahas pada tahun depan dan kami prioritaskan,” jelasnya.
