GF, warga Dusun Bondat, Desa Kangayan, ditangkap Anggota Polsek Kangayan, Sumenep, Madura, Jawa Timur, terlibat kasus Narkoba. Pasalnya, mereka ditangkap di sebuah gardu pojok timur lapangan sepak bola Torjek Dusun Aeng Lombi, desa Toerjak Kecamatan setempat.
Sesuai LP/A/01/I/2022/SPKT/POLSEK KANGAYAN/POLRES SUMENEP/POLDA JAWA TIMUR, tertanggal 04 Januari 2022, berawal Kapolsek Kangayan bersama Kanit Reskrim mendapatkan informasi dari masyarakat.
“Itu atas laporan masyarakat tempat itu sering dijadikan pesta sabu-sabu oleh beberapa pemuda,” kata Kapolsek Kangayan, Iptu, Miftahol Rahman, SH, MH.
Sehingga, Kapolsek Kangaya, Kanit Reskrim bersama kepala dusun Lombi, melakukan penyelidikan sesuai informasi yang diterima, Selasa tgl 04 Januari 2021 sekira pukul 00.45 Wib,
“Petugas melihat seorang laki laki bersama perempuan di sebuah gardu petugas langsung melakukan penangkapan dan pengeledahan ,” ujarnya.
“Ditemukan disaku belakang 1 poket plastik kecil besisi serbuk kecil diduga sabu-sabu dengan berat kotor sekitar 0.26 gram,” jelasnya.
Dengan begitu, lanjut mantan Kanit Reskrim ini, hasil introgasi terhadap pelaku bahwa barang tersebut adalah miliknya yg sebelumnya dibeli dari orang bernama inisial U Kecamatan Arjasa.
Sehingga, tersangka GF berikut barang buktinya dibawa ke Polsek kangayan guna penyelidikan lebih lanjut.
“Pelaku terancam tindak pidana tanpa hak atau melawan hukum membeli, menerima narkotika golongan 1 dan atau tanpa hak atau melawan hukum memiliki, menyimpan, menguasai narkotika golongan 1 bukan tanaman jenis sabu.
Pasal 114 ayat (1) Subs. pasal 112 ayat (1) Subs pasal 127 UU. RI. No. 35 tahun 2009, tentang Narkotika,” tutupnya.
