SUMENEP, (Transmadura.com) – Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur mencatat ada 36 Organisasi Kemasyrakatan (Ormas) dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) yang terdaftar di Kesbangpol per Mei 2022.
“Sampai bulan Mei jumlah ormas dan LSM yang terdaftar di Bakesbangpol Sumenep sebanyak 36,” kata Purwo Edi, Kepala Bakesbangpol Sumenep.
Sebenarnya kata Edi, sesuai data Kesbangpol jumlah ormas dan LSM yang masuk sejak awal sebanyak 105. Hanya saja masa berlaku surat keterangan terdaftar (SKT) sudah habis tidak diperpanjang, sehingga dianggap tidak aktif. “Masa berlaku SKT berlaku selama lima tahun,” jelasnya.
Untuk memperbaharui masa berlaku SKT lanjut dia, pengurus ormas atau LSM harus memproses kepada Pemerintah Pusat melalui Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri).
“Kalau dulu SKT bisa diproses oleh Kesbangpol, saat ini sudah menjadi kewenangan Kemendagri. Prosesnya mudah, bisa dilakukan secara online,” jelasnya.
Dia berharap ormas atau LSM agar memperbaharui data apabila tetap eksis sebagaimana biasanya, dan mendaftarkan data Kesbangpol disetiap daerah bagi yang memiliki cabang. Sehingga tidak ada persoalan dan mempermudah saat menjalankan tugasnya.
“Secara aturan setiap anggota harus dibekali KTA (kartu tanda pengenal) dan surat tugas, sehingga tidak ditolak saat menjalankan tugas,” tegasnya.
